Karnataka BJPs Leader Accuses Congress of Misgovernance - Karnataka BJP President Shri.BY Vijayendra Yediyurappa

CM Siddaramaiah avare, before taking time to draft political attacks, please make some time to address the misgovernance rampant in our State under your administration.

Karnataka's fiscal condition today tells the real story of your government. The State's total debt has crossed alarming levels, the revenue deficit in the 2026-27 Budget has touched a historic high and borrowings are rising at a pace Karnataka has never witnessed before. At the same time, capital expenditure, the spending that actually builds roads, hospitals, irrigation systems and schools, is shrinking. This is a government surviving on borrowed money for which our next generation will pay a hefty fine.

The people of Karnataka are not confused by Congress advertisements and speeches because they experience the reality every single day. Bengaluru's roads are filled with potholes, infrastructure projects are slowing down and civic management continues to deteriorate. Beneficiaries of Gruha Lakshmi only get their payments during elections. Contractors openly complain about unpaid dues and stalled bills. Investment confidence is weakening because this government has created uncertainty in both administration and finances.

What Karnataka is witnessing today is not governance, but a daily power struggle within the Congress party. A government where every major administrative decision has become a negotiation between rival camps. A Deputy Chief Minister who barely conceals his ambition for the top post. Ministers publicly contradicting each other on policy matters. You are also very well aware that your own position continues today only because you have chosen to function as an executive of the Congress high command. Whether it is the handling of the Kogilu issue, the Bandipur night traffic matter or the generous gifting of Karnataka's money to Kerala, your government appears more interested in satisfying your high command than protecting the interests of Kannadigas.

The @INCKarnataka today resembles a government permanently trapped in internal instability. The people are watching a circus and being told it is governance. While Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji continues to focus on infrastructure, investment, connectivity and long term growth for Karnataka and Bharat, your government is busy drafting political attacks to distract from its own failures.

Siddaramaiah avare, Karnataka deserves governance, stability and development, not political theatre. Please concentrate on that.
